Do you have an aspiring young media chef of the future?
Led by experienced Master Chef Brian Mellor, Visit Manchester is running another two day chef demonstration master class. ‘Prep to dem’ will help prepare young chefs to demonstrate to audiences at events, festivals, in the work place, on TV and with other media.
Based on real experiences and situations, ‘Prep to dem’ is designed to build your confidence, enhance your CV and help you get noticed in the media spotlight. The master class will include advice on how to hold an audience and vital performance tips and techniques.
Following completion, candidates will have the exciting opportunity to demonstrate alongside highly acclaimed chefs in the culinary theatre at the Restaurant and Bars show on 30th and 31st March at Manchester Central.
Training will be held at the Place Hotel on Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th March 2009. Places on the course cost just £50 plus VAT per delegate for members.
