Eat your way around the world with Intafood

Chorlton-based, IntaFood is here to make it easy for everyone to cook great tasting, authentic food from around the world. They offer recipe racks online, which are posted through your letterbox and contain measured amounts of fresh, authentic ingredients that allow you to create a restaurant quality dish at home. They also offer cooking classes for a number of cuisines including Indian, Thai and Japanese.

As part of MFDF, IntaFood is hosting two tasty events to demonstrate how cuisines from around the world can be cooked in your very own kitchen.

On Sunday, October 4 at 4pm– The Royal Orchid, Manchester – IntaFood presents Are you IntaThai? Following welcome drinks there will be an introduction to common Thai ingredients, demonstrations on how to make your own pastes and the secrets of restaurant quality Thai food and there will also be traditional Thai music. Guests will then enjoy a five-course authentic Thai meal.

On Monday, October 12 at 6pm – Dilli Restaurant, Altrincham – Intafood presents Are you IntaIndian? Following welcome drinks, there will be an introduction to common Indian ingredients, talks on how to mix spices and make your own Garam Masala, the secrets of making restaurant quality Indian food at home, as well as chef demonstrations. Guests will then enjoy a five-course authentic Indian meal.

There will also be competitions with fantastic prizes such as cooking classes, recipe packs and meal tickets at both events, as well as gift bags packed full of goodies to take away.

If you buy a ticket for both events, IntaFood is offering a discount of £5 with the total cost being £25.
